Current Sessions

Soccer Fit Glasgow is about getting fit in a fun but effective way.

 

Football training is not only a great workout it can be lots of fun too. It can help with cardiovascular fitness, fat reduction, muscle tone, building strength, flexibility and endurance.

 

Our sessions are being launched as we speak. We currently have the following available:

TUESDAY AND THURSDAY
We have two mixed sessions per week in Bellahouston Park.
They cater for all fitness levels and abilities. 
Sessions start at 7pm and last an hour. 
Only £5 and your first session is FREE!
Meeting Point: Mosspark Boulevard Entrance across from Auldbar Road
           ONE TO ONE TRAINING
