Big Improvements Already!

When ladies night first kicked off at Soccer Fit, we had a core group who had never played football before. They had come along to get fit with a difference and hopefully have some fun in the process.

A few weeks down the line and the ladies are telling me how much their fitness levels have improved. What I have noticed, is that by taking part in Soccer Fit, they have also improved their technique as footballers.

By taking part in our football based drills, they have improved their cardivascular fitness. One of our participants mentioned that when doing drills that involves close control of the ball, they almost forget that they are actually excercising.

But what they are also doing is improving their strength and agility and there has been a vast improvement in how they control the ball - a great by-product of Soccer Fit.
